If you enjoy mindfullness, spirituality, self-development, self-growth etc. It has beautiful illustrations in it as well which I loved too! I just loved everything about this book and I would definitely recommend it. I think I will feel like I’m learning something new every single time I read the book. It’s a book you can read over and over again. Also it feels like some sort of a meditation whenever I read the book. I don’t even think you can say that actually but what I’m trying to say is that it is simple and relatable for everyone I would say. It’s easy to read and it’s so light-weighted, if that makes sense. The book makes you think and wonder about who you are and why or how you react to certain things in life. Whenever I read in this book I felt calm and inspired and I always felt like I learned something new about life and myself. The book is an international besteller which I totally get why! This book is about life in general and also mindfullness as well. It’s by Haemin Sunim who is a munk and a teacher. I got to buy this book at the airport for traveling and I’m in love with this it! Today I wanted to share a book with you guys.
